Finally ! I Brought & got the bike le. LOL

Got to go back to fix the rack & box next wk, will be getting the new "slim" ICU another 2 wk too.

Running in at max 80km/h now, 800km to go back servicing, then another 1000km/h servicing after that can whack le man! LOL, hope wouldnt lose to Phantom 150cc on road.

Cant wait to meet all the "Fazerian"(u all lor) out for supper soon !

Dont worry if ure a skilled and experienced rider it doesnt matter wat bike u have... Phantom also u can beat... but depends on where and how lar... But this bike can go hand in hand with phantom if not more dont werry... :smile:

 

And yarh i cant wait to meet up with other FZ150i ppl too got a scary story to share abt the seat which i told nic liao... rite bro :p

nope.. I saw your profile stating Yishun.. So, I supposed u stay in Yishun..

No worries, now is the waiting time for COE.. After gotten it, need another 2 days to register..

Im so gonna fix acerbis hand guard n belly..lets go mod our bike shall we? little by little..headlight decided not to..bcos its oredi damn bright! wud be a waste to dim it by fixin a diamond on..enlighten me plz on dis..

 

-Trivia-

Pulsar 200 like the 180, uses twin spark-plugs but ignition n power no diff from the beautiful fz150i..150-160km/h top speed vs Pulsar 200 130km/h (as told by a malaysian worker who commutes to n fro singapore n malaysia everyday wif the pulsar...I interview multiple fz150i malaysian riders oso at the checkpt..the blacks, the greens and yes the reds..

 

 

 

:gun: No matter Fz150i or FZ6 or FZ1..we r all Fazerians....

Ya Hafiz, I asked ah boy & lavender area le, they said probably the "chong" pot belly(engine guard) for the bike will be out next mth($30-60) but the "puke"(original) one is out. Maybe getting a rear maguard(can see in my display pic) too as the inner rear rubber sheet guard looks as if will tear easily. Care to company me bro? = D

Sorry, wrong info guys, the new "slim IU" will be out by end of the yr, I confirmed wit LTA & VICOM man. U can use credit card & EZ link instead of cashcard too.

Got the bike and now searching for all sorts of aftermarket parts...

Heard that malaysia have lots of them coming in the malaysia FZ150i forum..

 

1st item on the list is the aftermarket exhaust.

Yamaha YBR 125: 2007 - 2009

Yamaha FZ150I: 2009 - 2015

Honda NC750x ABS: 2015 - 20??

Hey Bros...due to work commitments its hard for all of us to gather..gotta plan n share our schedule..

 

Lets make the 2nd gathering to fix up our bike..mayb can service oso...wanna try Fuchs Silkolene oil? Wonder how our Fz150i respond to it...Heard Maxima racing Oils is great too...

 

Haha...Im kinda so pamperin my bike with performance oils..! Sheeesh!

 

Its juz a 2B bike...the diff is, its MY bike..haha...

OK my add ons to the bikes so far...

 

Box 42L Kappa

Tank protector (thin one no padding)

Playlife Grip (Syiok tell u!)

 

Wishlist for now (may add may remove... :D)

- Tyres (80/80 Front & 100/80 Rear - Dunlop T900 $120 approx.)

- Rear disc brake (dis one damn ex!!! Need to change Rim, Sprocket all)

- Super 4 Mirror (anyone wanna donate? :p)

-Spring Loaded footrest (was told its similar to RXZs those who want can even do racing footrest just add some bracket :p)

- Customised design Seat (heard its only about $40 - $50 issit?)

- Stickers (add colour n flava)

- Belly pan (indo mari - based on their vixion models)

- Box stoplight

 

(Need to wait since it may VOID warranty)

- Electronic anti theft alarm cum engine cut off cum auto-starter... :)

- "Hazard Light" feature

- Air Horn

 

Machine wise not yet for now ITS GOOD ENUF dats what i was told...

For now not easy... expensive donno.... as of other new bike models it'll usually take about 6 mths to a year for more info to be available.... the parts to come will be likewise... but you can always go to the original supplier if u need it... n yarh it'll be expensive dat way... ;)

The loudness is not on the "sharper" side.. It's more like louder on the "bass" side.. "pong pong pong pong"..

Err... eh i did not put on "tank bra" lei... its just the normal padding u put on your tank in between your *ahem* and the tank to prevent scratches thingy... hope u all not confused by me... :giddy:

 

hafiz, where you go change your rear brake to disc ah? roughly how much also ah bro?

 

I havent change yet... i ask @ AGL in JB they quoted me around RM240-300...
