Well it happen to me that i parked in a carpark "white color parking slot" and i tio $25 with coupon. some carparks is day for coupon and night for season parking only. i learn my lesson season parking slots need not be red color, or they need not to say on the floor saying seaon parking only because its all on the board. remember not all carparks are the same, some is 65cents for day and night some is 65 cents for day night only season parking.

New riders please remember to see the board be4 you park in it! unless your too rich:D

 

Do not ever park under you HDB block its a nono to park there because a $100 fine is really a not. Although parking there is good for your bike got shelter and got people to watch your bike for you and no need scare people do smth to you bike be cause its under your block and people will walk pass there comfim. But its really bad for your pocket.

every hdb carpark will have 1 big board hiding somewhere when u enter the carpark bro. i got my green $25 coupon in a white parking slot and i went to look at the board it says day parking 65 cents never say night parking & season parking wholeday and night. my green coupon says

 

Parking without a valid season parking ticket-1030pm.

 

coupon timing are from day 7am to 1030pm night 1030pm to 7am

It's the designation, right on the big yellow "P" signboard at every carpark entry that states whether the carpark allows (1) both season parking and coupon'ed parking, or (2) both, but coupon parking in the day only.

 

In the case of (#2), the whole signboard will have 2 signs.

The first one should state "Motorcycles: 7.30am to 10.30pm, 65¢"

The second one in blue should state "Season Parking Whole Day"

This should mean coupon parking only applies in the day.

 

That certain governing board also dunno how to make signs clear for us to understand...

1. Submit your appeal online.

 

2. Submit your appeal in writing and post/fax to HDB Branch Offices or Car Parks Section at HDB Hub

 

3. Call in person at HDB Branch Offices or Car Parks Section at HDB Hub.

of course they did...cos their fatimah from cisco nvr open their eyes big big...why would a bike wit valid ticket not parked in proper slots??

maybe after you left your bike at the carpark some other bike from those parking slots moved out

If you're staying in TPY then u can go branch office at Blk 190 Lorong 6 Toa Payoh #04-510 Singapore 310190.

 

Alternatively, you can go straight to HDB Car Parks Section at HDB Hub Atrium 3rd Storey 480 Lorong 6, Toa Payoh Singapore 310480.

I kenna the $25 once also, issued at about 0020 hrs... I went to Bishan HDB branch personally and talked to them, they told me white lot also can be season parking lots, asked me to try appeal since it's my first offence. I say no thank you I will pay cos it's my fault for not reading the board properly (even though the board did not mention night is for season parking only). But if they ever dare to summon me for the wrong reason I make sure I F them good good.

Can..But show that you're sorry and unaware of such a thing..I got the same fine a few weeks ago..Apparently the sign was covered by the construction work goin on around the entrance of the car park..I was pretty shocked to ear of such lots..

 

They should implement such rules at my place of residence coz there are just too many bikes with no coupons or valid season parkin takin up the lots..

 

Send your appeal to whichever area (branch) that you were fined..Its usually stated in the ticket you've gotten..

i been riding fr few years already, last yr i park at a white parking and i kena summon for 25 bucks. it was meant for season parking holder. it happen at beach road. i didnt even noe!!! until i read the sign at the entrance. its an open space parking that sux... i did not appeal s im too lazy i juz pay my summon... end story.. moral is to read first b4 entering.. sux big time.. i feel u bro..
