Hi guys,

i'm actually stuck in a situation right now. Early July, i hit onto a pedestrain, and tp came and pedestrain went to hospital and was given outpatient treatment. I was required to go down to TP HQ to take statement the following working day. At the same day, the IO gave me a Notice Of Intended Prosecution for Dangerous Driving. Which means it would be 24points demerit.

The following week. i went for my class 3 TP and i passed.

these are the information

cls 2b - 27 oct 2005

cls 2a - 7 dec 2007

cls 3 - 14 july 2008

given my understanding i've gt 24points for my 2b, i'm not sure about my 2a, coz some ppl say that passing a new license u only gt 12 points.(even 2a and 2).

now that i've passed my class 3 already. if the COMFIRMED prosecution letter or the summon letter comes to me now or august or sometime later and its really dangerous riding, would i lose ALL my license, or just my class 2a and

2b ? cause i've people telling me that since the offence was commited before achieving another class of license, that particular class would not be affected. any 1 clear on this topic to help ? tried calling TP HQ hotline but always no answer.

since your 2a is p plate status, you only got 12 points for all classes, if you got summon for the 24points, licenses for all class will be revoked, you will surrender your lic to TP. i dont think there is such thing as revoked only a particular class of license.

thats my view
