That's true... luckily they are riding... :thumb: Riding seems to be the best form of transport in the midst of a coup...

That not a coup, just a protest by anti government people.

BTW are you still on MC, can you walk well enough to run or you still hopping around? Has you start riding again? Parent must be very anti biker by now.

To regain confident you must start riding and not just admired your ride.

To racingter must post more pictures of the sunny phuket, here it been raining almost everyday this week. How about some protesters too if any?

Umm... well, I'm able to walk without limping now. However, I'm still unable to run... :pity: The wound on the left knee is closing up well and the doctor said that it should be able to close up by next week. If all goes well, I should be able to run by end of next week and collect my bike then.

I've been travelling to work and school by public transport for the past 3 weeks.

Umm... my parents have not protested against my riding. My parents understood what happened and they know that I'll be responsible enough to take care of myself and handle myself well. But, they want me to wear knee guards when I'm riding next time around. I must say that they have been very supportive of me all these while. I am very fortunate to have parents like them!

In fact, my dad went down to the shop to take a look at my bike and he supported me financially (of course, I've to pay him back lah....) And, he said that I shouldn't let this dampen my spirit and grow stronger from it! That was how I was brought up though...

As for regaining my confidence, I'll get back to riding as soon as my wounds close up. In fact, I've been quite anxious about getting back to riding. I've been thinking about my bike all day long.

It has not dampened my confidence in riding. In fact, through this... I felt that I've grown even more as a rider and I believe that it has strengthened my confidence as a rider even more. I know that I have reasons to be afraid of riding, but I think if I carried on feeling like this... it's just not the right attitude at all. I should step out of it and grow stronger!

Thanks for your concern! I really appreciate that!

Biking is something that everyone can learn and enjoy! :goodluck:

s4dreamer, u r indeed very lucky to have caring and supportive parents.

Not many parents wud allow their daughters to ride a bike, let alone help pay for the damages.

Truly admire ur biker spirit. Never feel down, never give up and always look on the bright side. Enjoy our public transportation for now.

We'll definitely see u on the road soon. :thumb:

Well after your healing, please go for the physiotherpy session, it will help to strengthen your knee in a shorter time frame.

As other had said you really has a pair of understanding and supportive parent and may you have many years of accident free riding.

That all right, as long as everyone enjoy the trip and make it back safety to home.

BTW they really take care of their protesters with shelter for them?
