Can. I did the transfer on behalf of my Dad. What I did was I went to LTA to take the form, then I came home to let me Dad sign and fill up his particulars, took his IC (Not sure if Photocopy can, but I think its cannot), then on the day of transfer itself, I went down with the buyer and do on my Dad's behalf. Important thing is that the form is filled, signed and there's the IC, can already.

Yeap. Except for the Pointers 1 & 2. Not sure if IC of Submitter is needed, or he requires to sign the form as well. I did the transfer on behalf of someone, but did not submit my own IC, neither did I fill any form or sign it.

u download the form on the link above.

bottom part NEEDS to be completed by submitter.

The counter staff is supposed to verify the info there with the submitter's IC to make sure it tallys.

You can submit it or you can pay the bike shop personnel to do it. Especially so if your brother still has outstanding payments or the bikeshop; have not release the bike.

Tell your brother to check with the bike shop and inform them to release the bike before you go down to submit the transfer papers.

if still got finance, must go thru shop, cant do it urself....

if wanna do urself, must make sure the bike is free from any outstanding installments, if not the LTA personnel will not process the transfer of ownership for u...
