Want to enquire something about naked handlebars...since my whole coverset from my handlebar to speedometer cracked due to a crash.

1.) How's the handling? Better?

2.) Wind resistant more? Colder at night? (sorry, i very timid at night.)

3.) Wirings? Any problems?

4.) And the total cost plus labour...

5.) What's the most reliable brand available so far for naked bars?

helo guys..

got sumting to ask...

1) usually, if u guys cruise at rpm 7k, wats the speed ur speedo shows?

i just want to compare to other runners.. i'm quite a freak abt this....

2) if i were to change to slightly heavier rollers, will i get faster speed at 7k rpm?

3) n taking out the 'pacifier' of the aftermarket pipe, will there be any diff in the performance? will this 'de-pacifiying' damage the engine in the long run?

4) at wat rpm usually ur bike starts to move? mine is slightly before 3k if open throttle moderately, if open slow, sumwhere after after 3.4k then the bike will start to move..

thanks alot guys.. i've been tinking alot n i tink there is sumting wrong with my bike...

thank u so very much...

Heavier rollers your bike will rev will be lower resulting you to travel at usual speed at lower revs than before.

I've never used my exhaust silencer before because i like the sound of it. hahaha! psychologically maybe you'll feel that the performance is better without the silencer, but there are some claims that the with silencer, performance is better. Oh well, unless you want do a test with dyno and see how the bike performs with and without silencer to see which is better.

Stock vxr200 moves off at about 3k onwards. Lighter rollers will require you to rev higher.

Can anyone help me? My throttle unable to return it back to its normal position. When i open up at the end of the throttle using the ellen key, it able to return back to normal position smoothly. If tighten it back it will stuck halfway. I dun knw why it can be quite dangerous if travelling at high speed when the throttle unable to return back to its normal position. I tried using WD40 but still it's still the same unless i loosaen up the end tip but afraid it will drop off.

Yamaha SparkZ 110 (2004 to 2008)

Yamaha X1-R 135 (June 2008 to Feb 2009)

Gilera ST Runner 200 (Feb 2009 to I dun knw...)
