if u wanna service the rear suspension, it can be quite ex. if its old dirty and greasy go ahead and change..you got money go change to yss brand..400sgd.if not just ori will do.

 

 

yeah, i would like to know what the review of yss suspension. its time for me to change mine already. its old and dirty already:lol: dont know if i should get a high end one or those 130rm suspension in jb cause ill be using this bike for another 8 months or a year or so.

err.sorry im not using yss. but the shocks is up there for 125z and cubs. it has damper also and quite chio. i asked at wing yap ..its 400. if ur willing to pay for it go ahead. imo, just get a standard..unless ur bike is for ur long term.

 

servicing i normally just change the EO and sparkplug. brake pads..then once in a while do full service like wash all the internals.

guys i kinda of feeling after my phsycial done ar... alot inside problem comes.. lol the sound haven settle.. its not the disc brake sound... i check already ytd even took out the chain check whether is sprocket anot but its not... LOL its wheel bearing grease wear out liao... then my suspension olso got some sound liao, so suspension can service ? or must change the whole suspension ? how much ?

eeehhhaaa.... no more sound... its not my sprocket,chain or wheel bearing OR suspension.. is that stupid aftermarket "CHIONG" chainguard scratching my main frame while bike is vibarating and also after humps... thanks guys for all your help.. i have learn some new things about this "SOUND" lol.. still go alot place of bikes shop, almost change suspension... Then 1 uncle say, "ah boy ar, u go see ur chainguard urself" LOL... thats y now wanna change to original chainguard add on rear hugger

bro,if you wanna use hugger w/ ur current chainguard,still can. but you have to break the rivet which holds the original chainguard & hugger. dats wat i used to do coz standard cums together in one piece both attached together. if it cums from shop i guess no need liao.

normally, eo and spark plug.

tighten and lube chain.

 

other wise. lets say u want to remove airbox, need to get ur carb tuned. u decarbonise pipe also must retune. then still have wash carb.

top service. full service.

remove airbox and retune - 40+rm

decarbonise pipe - 60+rm

wah carb - few rm only. if ngam with the mech free also can

full or top service prive will varies because u never know the exact price until they open up ur engine to see.

piston and piston ring will set u back around 90-100rm? which is roughly ard 50 sing dollar but i doubt its that cheap here in sg. what funny sound? is it because ur block is ported tts why got funny sound?

 

i dont know where can get fiat full coverset. other bros here might know where to get in sg. cost ard 200-300 sing dollars. in jb its ard 430rm if i remember correctly.

 

what type of racing footrest? pop domino, racing boy, yoshi or what? diff brands varies with diff prices and quality. my friend was quote 80 or 90 at lab for pop domino racing footrest

i dun think its ported but i think my piston ring is somehow loose.. got like ketek ketek ketek sound arh.. its either my piston ring or conrod.. but i've check, its piston ring.

 

as for the racingfoot rest, domino or yoshi or daytona is find.. i long as i dun have to use the stock footrest which is ugly but i like the sparks when i corner. haha.. i want the bracket also coz some footrest to to modify the chassi. by putting bracket its more higher n i dun have to disturb the chassis.

nowadays the footrest is made in such a way that no need to drill hole into the frame already. im using pop domino short version bought from jb ahboy. no need to drill hole or anything. just that the footrest need to drill a bigger hole to fit in the side stand.

yeap true. see if u can diy anot la if u have the tools and time and patience. if not just spare a couple of bucks to get it fix at a bike shop or go lab early2 morning so their workshop wont be that pack with ppl

Dyno got 2 type racing footrest, 1 is with pillon 1 is without... u save up the money... 1 shot go do at JB(until ur arrest is ok) go do interior first then do physical.. dun like me... i do my coverset all this now my interior abit problem... u go do full service first, clean block,carb, change pistonrinng ,piston, gasket, or chahnge a rxz carb for this ard 200 SGD can do at JB... then u do the coverset.. fiat 250SGD can get in JB... which means u save $500 extra 50 bucks can settle everything liao...

i suggest u dont spray frame in jb ah bro. cause bike need to leave overnight. unless u really kamcheng with ur bike shop and u trust them not to take any of ur expensive or good parts away from ur bike when u leave it there. anyway, it got 200rm(and a the next day) to get it done. swing arm will set u back 80rm for the paintjob. any other colour except black will cost u alil bit more cause need to spray primer.

 

actually why u need full overhaul ah? smth wrong or ur and just itchy?

 

its rare to find battlex in jb. in sg front and back will set u back ard 120-130?

if u want to wrap ur seat with new cloth at jb will cost u ard 25rm or 30rm.

 

rims depends on the brand for the price. racing boy will be cheaper.

 

im looking forward to change my frnt braking system only. because rear braking with a racing footrest is hopeless. it only works wel if u press both brakes together.

 

well.. u'll nv be satisfied with ur bike. always will get bored of it den u'll try to do something new.
