How Do U Adjust The Clock On Ur Meter

Hihi..i would like to know how u adjust the time on the meter..keep trying cannot.and i would like to know whether version s brembo brake caliper can instal into spec 3

My way of saying, press and hold the 2 button beside the mileage till u see ur clock blinking, use left hand for left button for hour den right hand for right button is for mins. after set say bike bike i love u... that will do hahaha

see which hour it is stuck at lohz, for eg, if it is stuck at 20++ den wait til night time 8+ go and adjust the timing lohz. like that u no need to use ur left button lohz. but ur lrft button is also the reset button for mileage

dunno repairing it cost how much or whether it can be repaired a not.

must off ignition after adjusting the time.

like that better leiz, u got 24 hour a day for you to try. wait for that minute every hour. if u missed it, wait 1 hour more nia, for left button u need to wait 1 day lei.

my left button isnt working i fixed it by Disconnecting and reconnecting the battery clock will reset to 01.00, and so you have to do this in 1.00 in the morning, your trip meter will reset, your millage will remain,

 

i guess u know how to disconnect ur battery, just two screws, remove ur seat, remove the battery cover screw, remove the screw from battery !!

me riding spec 1, have no prob for my buttons til tis morning i tried to reset my mileage n cant do it.

 

i cant even switch from trip 1 to trip 2 or to the odo thing.

press n hold right side button to reset also cant.

 

but the thing is i kept trying, sometimes is still possible to press, but its like luck. so are we really changing together? haha, i'll b glad to join, or else i was thinking to go shop to ask le.

i have no idea how to open the meter. i cant find any screw except e headlight area. if anyhow do wait spoil even more prob. i tink i will go to bike shop c how much to repair 1st. or mayb service manual may teach on how to dis-semble. haha

i went to sls on saturday. Cannot find a shop that seems to do soldering for vehicles electronic.

 

But there are a few doing PC motherboard stuffs.

 

 

Think I got time will go Sim Lim Tower have a look.....think maybe more fruitful.

i solved my problem man. damn happy.

 

went shop initially to ask how much, but told by this friendly botak that u have to change the whole circuit board, which costs $300+. as the button area is spoiled. thinking that i wun be riding for long, i decide not to change.

 

next went to my friend house n solved.

the trick is spray a solution called "tape head cleaner/ game cartridge cleaner onto the button. coz i describe my prob as initial able to press, then tried to use diff angles of pressing n able to change the mode. told that most likely is dirty inside.

 

best advice is to maintain your bike by covering when parking in open (just the front part will do), as rain water may b abit acidic n damage the buttons.
