Jus bought my DRZ400 from them. Break down the cost for me and explain to me in details. Very impressive with their service man! from salesman to mechanics to clerks all also very friendly. Used to buy KR from a 'bikeshop' in Bt merah(bad experience!). Will recommend all my frens to hengmotor!:thumb: :thumb: :thumb:

pls wait a couple of months then report again whether your bike still tip-top condition.

 

i went there to purchase a 2nd hand bike.. service was good. but none of the bike could start up.. the guy was sweating profusely after trying for 5-10mins.. i also feel bad for him.

 

but they said they could do it up and have it running smoothly after 3-4 days.. not that i don't believe them, but i wonder how long the "smoothness" will last.. after all that neglect..

there got person called xiao liang and eddie.. can find them... only thing is they are bikes abit ex other den that everything not bad =)

my bike still has not seen any major prob since buyin from them almost 3 yrs ago..

upz 2 them...

I once did a transfer of ownerhsip for a 2B bike at Toh Guan Branch (at the convenience of the seller) and was quoted $50. After asking twice for the breakdown..........$28 for transfer and $22 for service charge. The shop decided lowered the service charge to $12 after I was about to walk off. Even the Orchard Road of bike shops (the ones in Bukit Merah) charges between $10 to $15 for services like transfer, renewal of road tax etc............knife quite sharp.

i got f by their mech because he said i now prefer to go other mech instead of him and he dont want to correct the problem with my bike. arent they suppose to help anyone?

Great to know there's a good shop in the West area... Hey fellas just popping this question in. Anyone can tell me if Heng do sell GSR400 in their Toh Guan branch? I'm making a choice between that & Fazer 600. Saw Fazer on their website but not sure about GSR.

Hello brader...u oso looking for GSR400 eh..hehe...i tell aswat den u noe..hehe...y not get the GSR600 since ur considering fazer600? the cost diff isn't tat much...abt 1-2K more from the 400...

u can ask them n they will bring it down 4 u if ur keen

No lah bro coz me considering the insurance factor also. 400cc cost cheaper mah. If Fazer got 400 I will definetly get that. You know me, I will definetly not buy a 1000cc bike. Why I choose Fazer 600 coz I wanna try something different yet remain comfortable within my budget.

 

And why do u need to tell @swat? Oh he got a personal grudge againt GSR400 is it?

True arh.. Heng motors @ toh Guan has a better service attitude compared to their neighbour @ A#P***N.. I used to ride an old RXK.. Went into A#P***N and ask them for servicing.. Mech fking hao lian.. see my bike don't care me.. dont even wanna look @ me.

 

 

Then no choice.. when to Heng, heng at least entertained me, changed my rear drum brakes frm them.. Then went there again as wanted to look at bikes... The sales person also very good and friendly.. only thing is wann chop people. But no choice they also have business to run etc etc...

 

 

So therefore i guess heng is a few notch above A#P***N for servcing and sales..

There is no replacement for displacement, except for Ah Seng

Heng's service attitude is ok la, somemore can chit chat with the sales girl there :cool:

but seems they don't carry lot of popular products and accs, choice limited yet price not the best
