Better be careful when you deal with these "Ah Chee Ba Lia" dealer.. I would'nt be surprise if there are hidden charges. You guys may wanna take a browse in this "4 Wheelers" Section. One of our fellow forumer had such experience dealing with such dealers. After reading you guys may have a better understanding from what i'm saying.

Regardless the bike model/brand. No matter how good/fast the bike is. Without skills the bike is nothing.

To me, the bike and the car are unique on it's own. The car will never be an upgrade from the bike. The car itself is a transport, fun and chick magnet if it has the calibre. The bike is a lifestyle, fun and transport if the need arises. They can never replace each other either way.

For the TS, it is not easy to mix the 2 trades together. So be careful about all these gimmicks.

Agree.. Esp when I hear see ppl selling off their liter bikes and "upgrading" to family saloon.. Sometimes "upgrades" from motorcycle classes also makes no sense, like "upgrading" from an exciting rev happy RS125 to a heavy and slow GSXR400.. Just examples tho..

Agreed. Its not upgrade, its downgrade, to lose a litre bike, an equivalent power car would be a V6 3litre above or boxer 2.5litre etc:angel:, otherwise u are trading in power for additional loading capacity (4pax). The word upgrade shouln't even be use at all.

My memory may have failed me. But I recall someone telling me that a MV Agusta F4 SPR Senna limited edition model costs 60,000 Quids.

The parts on the machine are representatives of the pinnacle of motorcycling accomplishment. Any modification is a compromisation to quality.

but then again how many people in singapore own that? and usually, the value of the average bikers' bikes in singapore is in the range of a few Ks. even so, trading in of bike for a car is always fishy. it's always better to sell your bike on your own and then use the money as a downpayment for car instead.
