HELP: I past cisco countermanded handsignal..

hi guys. a qtn... jus nw i went geylang serai area n was packed as usual. i went below the speed limit n a junction was green so i went ahead. i didnt realise ther was a cisco personnel countermanding a signal until i was about to reach the other side n heard whistles. den i realised it, but it was green. QUESTION: was i commiting an offence, if yes what will it be charged as?? btw cisco on duty authorised to issue saman, or at least report to tp so tp issue me saman?

haha... thnx..... but if really kena u tink i got case to argue anot? no warning or wat... green somemore ask vehicle to stop. i oso nvr notice cisco i 1st lane he 3rd lane pavement somemore. i nvr see him, light green, i go lor. wen i halfway at junction he blow whistle den i realise he ther.. dat was infront of tanjong katong complex... sometime blood up sia countermand to stop at green, move at red. if light faulty ok la... dis wan purposely sia. u donno wether to speed or stop. all the way gear 1... haha

ya its true.... its almost 1 month since incident n thankfully no calls or letter from authoritiesexcept the red letter reminder letter to pay my $8 parking saman. i paid aredi den after 5 days they still send. my mother n sis make so much noise i explain i paid n letter cn be ignored but still wontstop. tu lan sia wif hdb..
