only way out for you, buy your own elbow guard n knee guard..

 

i cannot tahan their guards when the remove the straps...

 

The elbow and knee pads get way too much wear on them. 12+ hours a day, at ~90 minutes between uses with max 30 minutes to 'air' in a basket filled with similar pads? If want to be hygenic, how?

 

If you're only at lesson 2, go buy guards from friends @ SSDC. :) I had to pay something like $20 for mine, i think, but really worth it, never worry about having to touch skin to those nasty pads.... :giddy:

wah what you say is really true. the moment you go near the basket.

the stench is there. its like, wah piang, still have to wear them and bua on my arms.

lol yah i know. but my 2a only have 3 lessons then tp liao. buy liao abit wasted mah. :cheeky:

i remember bbdc no need wear.

cdc i not so sure.

but i think most probably dont need wear lah.

dress simple lor, dont wear fancy clothes and helmet that can catches the testers' attention.

i went for circuit revision earlier this afternoon. RAINED SO DAMN HEAVILY! i waited about 10mins after lessons start then i go just nice the rain stopped. half way it started raining again! but then forget about the rain coat lah haha since already wet. so far today's revision was good except abit hum ji while doing the fig 8 initially lol. roll off plank once too -_-... slippery... :faint:

i 18. sia la hope can pass man. im looking at those 18 yr olds who took tp this yr, those that i know off pass 2nd attempt. :sweat:
