using citibank credit card to buy & using borderlinx ( which is linked to globeshopper, a service provided by citibank to purchase u.s. products n ship in sg cheaply)

 

i calculated by buying my bowling shoes...

its the dimension + the weight of the shoes..

the normal shoes costs me 26 to ship to sg... (sgd)

2 pairs is ard 40 dollars (sgd)

to ship one bowling ball, 15lbs+ is 55 bucks..

so the costs shld be minimised..

juz tat if i *1.5 the product + 20-40bucks shipping isit still worth it?? roland u know the price of the products? r they cheaper?

 

example, boots is 30 bucks+ shipping.

suit is ard 40+

but add together is 60 nia..

Discontinued models yes is cheaper..But did u read thru the terms and condition??No exchange??

 

Suit shipping around 40??I dont think so..Firstly you can only provide the weight but nt the dimension of the box.I ever ship a OGK FF3 helmet to the states using Singpost(Cheapest), already cost me 60+..You dont expect a suit to beable to fold up like a t-shirt isnt it??

 

Bank exchange rate higher than what you see on the internet..The current USD rate is 1.52..

 

Take those models which is still available, note the price after exchange rates but before shipping, i reckon it would be around the same as 1 purchased locally..

 

1 thing to note is that it will be definitely more expensive unless u're taking a consignment especially for bike stuff..
