recontract voucher normally they will send u @ your 20th month, means @ the 21st mth u can go and recontract liao.

 

to get +100 de waiver for upgrading after 12mths, u must be their high end user lor. means to get thier ultimate plan @ $200. then every year u get the waiver, + another 100-200 to offset ur hp $.

if urs from SH u can try calling them ask them to check whether if ur entitle for any vouchers anot. there was once i called them regarding my BB connection then ask them on my phone. within 3 weeks a $100 voucher was mailed to me. but sadly dat period nothing i liked.
