Alot of location provides shelter(Except Dam), alot of location has a toilet(Except Dam)...Wonder why Dam is FOC while the rest in National Park needs booking??

Depending on which part, advisable to change the wires off...

if not you can always try cut and reconnect the wire. but then again, if it will melt, means too high current passes thru. might be the charger itself is gone case le.
