A full set of clutch consists of 9 clutch plates and 8 metal plates.

A clutch plate cost around $14 each.

A metal plate cost around $10 each.

 

Therefore, a complete set would be around $206 or so.

Usually I rev a little before engaging neutral gear.

haha i am just joking abt the full suit la.

 

but jeans and shoes is must for your own safety even relax ridding.

 

last outing got ppl fall even he wear jean also torn and bleed. i cant think of what happen if never wear. so i do always wears jeans and shoes when i ride.

Sometimes this problem might lie in the adjustment of your biting point. If I'm not wrong if your biting point is too short, then it is difficult to change to neutral. How much is it to change your clutch "basket" housing anyway ?

Yes I agree with the rest. Go get your electrical wiring checked out. There may be a short somewhere causing a surge with causes your fuse to blow. Fuses are installed as a safety percaution to prevent other instruments from being damaged from a surge. So just go check out your electrical wirings.

Lol, "basket" may be the wrong term, haha. Direct translate from hokkien should be "clutch bowl? Hmmm...I not sure what's the correct term for it also, but it is the metal bowl like-thing that holds the clutch and pressure plates. 220 for it. Can see the obivious wear mark when taken out all the plates.

 

4T changed, biting point adjustment tried, but problem still persist alittle bit, but at least easier engage N then before after changing the metal bowl. Might be my clutch plates?...Sigh.

Haha...Zod, that's what im doing all this while, must rev before able to engage to Neutral at traffic stops. Sometimes the rev is not enough and i got to rev it again before im able to kick it to Neutral. But ppl might get the wrong intention thinking im showing off ur Micron..haha.

hi guy outhere i need some help here... anyone know where got rvf head fairing now which shop 1st hand or anyone selling 2nd hand need it asap cos i being waiting for 3 weeks + but still no stock for 1st hand... bike still at bikeworkz.. so sad... if anyone outhere know where got?? let me know can.. cos still need to wait for about 2 weeks for new one.. if anybody selling pls call me @ 91803694 Thanks..

If i'm not wrong they have an extra full set of rvf fairing.

But dunno they wanna sell onli the head cowling.

Ah bit83 jus got a piece of upper right side fairing frm them.
