key lost..wat to do?

guys,need help! my motor key lost!! damn! den uh i handle lock,den no spare key....i worry i forgot to pull my key coz usually i forgot... any suggestion wat to do?? tanx alot!! btw my bike at wdlnd,i stay jur.. help! help!

under installment? can try to get the other key from your bikeshop to duplicate 1 out.. if not i not sure where to duplicate also.. or might need to change the locking..

if you worried your forgot to pull out your key and some1 took it.. most likely the bike wont be there already.. if not chain lock your wheels lor..

handle bar lock can still be towed...only extra charges...tow it back to the bike shop that you bought it from...and ask them for help and opinons...

You bought the bike full cash than u should have two keys with you. Did you lose both the keys? if so, you will have to change the whole ignition system (WITHOUT IMMOBILISER) or the whole ignition system with ECU (WITH IMMOBILISER).

 

Try to find the other key.

Actually the first thing to do is to duplicate the key, and keep the original key together with the ownership papers from LTA in a cupboard at home.

 

This way if you lose your bunch of keys somehow, you still got a spare at home, also key's "teeth" will get worn out after some time, so it's not wise to use the original one for daily use if you have no spare key.

 

Since T.S has this problem, I will assume he has no spare key.

 

The only thing to do now if you cannot find the keys is to change the Ignition system/Fuel tank/Steering lock Keys, it's going to cost you though.

 

Alternatively, if you can find a skilled enough lock smith he can make a new one for you.(but I think nobody do that anymore) Again it will cost you alot.

 

So try to find the keys first. The bike should have 2 original keys.

maybe u could feedback what uve done and such so if any other peeps got into the same situation as u, they'll noe what to do.
