Hi Pyro13,

The cost of changing is already the fact. Dun think too much. Just inform anyone whom you know not to go there anymore.

I was new in anyone doing servicing for super4 so i tried that FU**ing place. However now i know they know nothing except "skinning people with their smiles"..

Try going to a few shops than sticking to one.. business are business for them jus make sure the servicing is worth the value.

Not spending someting not supposed to be -like: Overhaul the engine when its jus the problem with the cap!!!

HOpe you know what to do next....

Tap the brake , on off on off will brake better , holding on to the brake lever will be braking slowly than taping on off ..

hi guys, i jus bought a car jack so i jack up my vtec3 to clean my wheel rims and chain. while turning my front tyre, i realised that it didn't rotate as freely as it should; it seemed like the brake pads are in slight contact with the disc, or could there be a problem with the wheel bearings, preventing it from rotating freely, like the rear wheel did. could the brake pads be touching the front disc? anything wrong with the wheel bearings?what shld i do, short of bringing it the the bike shop?

hey guys need some help here,

Recently while riding my bike in enclosed area(eg carpark or roads surrounded by HDB), i hear squeaking sounds coming from my front wheels.

Im not sure wad is causing it. wheel bearings?

Another thing is that when turning at slow speed, i feel that my handlebar is loose, as in it tends to turn with the bike. Means that when i turn left, i lean left, but my handlebar will adjust slightly to the left too.

So sometimes make my turnings unstable.

Izzit my cone bearings, or tightening of the steering cone will do, or does it link with my front wheel problem??

Many thanks.

The alarm must be draining your battery quickly enough to drop the voltage below the threshold for the IU. When you ride, it charges back so your IU have sufficient power. It could be that your battery lifespan is already close to gone and a small load like the alarm is enough to give it problem.

It is either the steering cone or the wheel bearings from your description. Can check for both by jacking up the front wheel with car jack placed under the headers. Rotate and check for freeplay. Good condition bearings will not have detectable freeplay and properly tightened steering cone should not have the steering swing around wildly with no resistance when the front end is jacked up.

If it is a standard automotive type fuse, most parts shop will have it. Try Mah Motorparts.

Hi

My coolant reservoir (is that what you call it?), behind the right side panel, is almost empty, near the lower mark. But i've already done servicing at the bike shop including coolant top up just last week.

Went back to the mech, he said the coolant flowed into dunno wad parts, but it's impossible right? The lower and upper markers are there for a reason right?

Or simply, he didn't top up at all during my servicing? Or my coolant system getting problematic already?

If problematic, wat can be done? I read the previous page, and someone said to replace radiator cap. Is there any other solutions? Wouldn't wanna be 'chopped' if they ask me to change this or change that....

Even the most precious of memories fade with the passage of time
