wah all so chim dun even understand wat u all toking. lol. i only know is to let loose ur handle bar. no pressure should be given to the handle bar in corner or braking. how not to pressure the handle bar when braking??? use ur leg n grip the tank! so as to not putting the weight to the front.

We are used to "controlling" our bike too much on the roads.

Like your friend has taught you, trust your bike as much as you do your tyres.

 

If you still have confidence problems and still finding that you're grabbing your handlebars like you're clinging for dear life, go at 75%...or even half... of your speed ability. Then, go ahead and practice the "use ur leg n grip the tank" technique at places where it's needed.

What a day today. Gloomy rainy morning that cleared into hot, sun-shiny day. Just nice for track session.

 

To all that went today, it was nice meeting you guys. I even got to meet frequent-SBF members by surprise today too!
