1.82m...the prob now is tat becos of my height...somehow the windscreen direct the air flow channel to my helmet causing a deafening amount of windnoise in my helmet which is veri uncomfortable when i go fast...therefore whenever i ride fast i had to hide or slouge myself below the wind screen...the situation of my ex bike without windscreen is also not so bad...btw when i rode my friend X9 i dun hv this prob with it's original windscreen...

hi, i have the exact same helmet noise problem as you, and i'm only 1.71m!

 

the standard atlantic windshield deflects the noise to the top of the helmet, even when i shut all my helmet vents, it's very noisy above 70km/h! i also duck below the windshield and the problem goes away.

 

i thought it was my helmet, but later i discovered that the wind noise doesn't happen on bikes without windshields, like a vespa GT. i would also be interested in exploring a different windshield too.

yaya...i did the same...initially tot tat it's my helmet too lousy when i juz got the bike. So i bought a new one ....but still face the same prob....

wo, tat means u r abt de same height as me lor....

 

me do feel tat my helmet is beri noisy...

hid or duck below the windscreen is beri uncomfortable...

tried tat once at 2nd link...

 

hope a taller windscreen can slove de problem...

then mayb me will not have to tune up de level of my music liao...

but wondering if there is any place in singapore which we can fabricate a windscreen which is slightly taller than the original.....cos saw the original tall windscreen at aprilla webby veri ex n also quite ugly too due to the weird extension of windscreen to the handlebar....

actually me quite like the extension to the handlebar... it can block wind and water during rain like a handler guard... had been missing tat from my old bikes....

yah man, same here. three weeks after i bought mine. still considering painting my atlantic red!

 

i guess we can try to ask chiap lee if they have more of the givi windshield in stock.

my number plate is on the windshield, so i guess if i want to be able to switch windshields then i should also print an additional number plate.
