if you are going for a new paintjob they will knock it back for you..

Rat bike - A motorcycle not necessarily kept in pristine condition, often painted matt black. Minimal maintenance and mismatched parts often used.

depending on the positions and the depth (?), sometimes, pressurerising the tank with compressed air can help pop it back.

i tot tank is sealed. how to knock it back?

pressurizing the tank... omg that'd be catastrophic.

u can simply apply putty and sand it down to continuity or use a dent puller.

any shop who do respray should able to repair the dent for you, that is if you do the new paintjob as well. dont think they accept to just repair the dent alone.
