Fine for parking at HDB Season Ticket Lot

Hi guys, need your help here..

 

i've just been fined by sembcorp (HDB) for parking at season ticket holder's lot without displaying my season ticket..

 

i don't have a season ticket, and i had displayed a normal parking coupon.

 

then the parking lot is those cobble and tile type of road, so unlike normal parking lot where they draw the parking lot by using paint, this parking lot is using different color of tiles which is red in color.

 

after receiving the fine, i tour around the parking lot, but i found no sign and labels anywhere indicating that the lot is a season ticket parking lot. i have park at that parking lot a lot of times already, each time displaying the normal parking coupon. i even kena a $8 fine before for not displaying a parking coupon.

 

my question is

1) is there any rules in the book that states a red cobbled and tiled line also indicates the spot is a season ticket lot?

2) let's say i'm innocent, how can i appeal to HDB?

3) let's say i'm guilty, is there anyway i can appeal against this fine?

at the entrance of the carpark, see the parking signboard.

usually it'll state all the necessary stuffs that we dont noe there.

The big signboard at the entrance will tell you whether it's season parking or not. For some carparks, season parking is 24 hours but at some others, it's for certain hours only. So it really depends on when you got saman.

Just write in to appeal 90% of the time, it will be waived. 10% is because you have repeated the same offence again then you cant appeal.

ride to the same carpark and see the signboard at the entrance of the carpark. if they nv state that its season parking for all bike lots and and lots there also never write.. then appeal lor..
