From what I understand is, if the car park got night parking stated, then can park overnight using coupons. Otherwise, cannot park at night using coupons.

So, if you park at night, it follows that either you have season parking, or parking illegally.

my area carpark also write "Night Parking 1030pm to 7am" but i still got summon $25 when i park there at night. when i appeal, HDB replied that at night the carpark is for residents only(i.e for season parking only). got some carpark i have seen write "coupon parking all day all night". so i assume that it means can use coupon anytime.

I went to an estate in Marine Parade. They specifically state that "Night parking 1030pm - 730am = Season parking holders only" Other places just say that day parking is from what time to what time and night parking is from what time to what time. How to check exactly?

Reason is simple because of the high demand of parking at night.

Car/Bike lot is thus reserved only for season parking holders after 10.30pm.

(So white lot doesn't mean u can park)

 

To know if the carpark u are in is for Night Parking ornot just go towards the board at the entry.

If it is , there will be a board showing "Night Parking 10.30pm to 7am" only.

Normally this carpark are those very big ones and have plenty of empty lot.

Aha! I am clear now. I do read the board clearly, and i am right it seems! The board will have to specifically state the following key words. "season parking, night, 1030pm to 7am"

Wow, i also had a question regarding season parking. Well, i park my bike at season parking lot on sun. But i also receive 25bucks fine lo...

 

So i went online to check... it says tt we are not allow to park at season parking lot at all times(inc sun) unless it isa season parking holder...

 

I tried to appeal on 14/6, there is no response from HDB.

 

I send a total of 3 emails 16/6, 22/6 & 27/6(15 mins ago)

hi, anyone encounter parking in white lot wif parking coupon n after a wk lata summon letter come..at the point of time no summon tickets on bike also..is tis the practice of nt giving the summon tickets on the spot?? anyone appeal for tis bef??

 

i get a fine on 14/6, and i get a fine on 15/6 for not displaying the no coupon.. total 2 fines in 2 days..

 

alamak... on 15/6, i did not know that i kanna fine because there is no summon tickets on my bike( well, i admit tt i did not display). I just saw the letter(5mins ago) that i was summon for not displaying coupon.

So troublesome, they should do like the "Money still not enough" like that, the lots that night time become season parking one, must paint using yellow mah!

 

The road can paint White Red and yellow, why they don't do that, still so gondoo go and waste $money$ do up a small small sign board at the entrance there.

 

People see white markings put coupon park and walk off already mah. Where got so free everytime park already walk all the way to the other end of the car park go and check the small small sign board?
