i face a big problem is my bike front shake till very jialat , then i went to HKL , then they tell me need to change the 2 "ford" which cause around 300+bulks , can i know is that price acceptable ?

 

another problem is when i ride my bike at 1st gear when the rpm at around 5 to 7 there will be very loud stuffy sound , any 1 know how come like this huh

 

and btw overhaul and full servcing is the same meaning huh ?

overhaul doesn't necessary mean full servicing. overhauling involves in changing parts of your engine which includes the pistons, engine block etc wadever is needed. full servicing may mean jus polishing them or changing some minor parts.

 

the two things u are talking abt may be the forks. not the ford. it may be the cause but its best to travel ard other shops to ask and diagnose the problem and not just settle at the first shop you go to. The price may be ard there of the 300 region but i believe it may be cheaper one depending on the parts though... ask ard the forums like the SP thread to get their advices too.

btw just now i go try , my bike at stationary i put rpm till around 7 , it also shake untill very jialat sia =X

why drag gear 1 until rpm 7? if really jialat ride slowly la. safety first.

btw, hkl mech not all trustworthy, try to find ah meng or ah keong to do for you, say friend recommend one, they are honest.
