Kena summon but dunno wad offence you made?

Have you guy kena those summon whereby you're not even aware or was being notice in which any way? Recently i've just myself a summon from HDB, i was'nt being issued with any summon ticket or any letter which was being sent to my estate. Yesterday while waiting for my friend i went to the AXS machine and check see if there's any summon i've kena.. outta my surprize i saw a $25 fine from HDB stating that this summon was being issued on the 27th jan 2009 which is the 2nd day of CNY.. But my bike was being park at the lot all day long.. I've bought season parking and i still kena summon??? And 1 thing that makes me even more angry is that my bike was being park in this particular slot and on the 28th jan morning when i was going to start my bike.. i found it was being shifted to another location and somemore with my handle lock! Has anyone experience such case b4? So confused and fustrated.. Can anyone help?

Sabo i not really sure. Coz immediately i went to check my bike.. see clutch n throttle cable got being cut off or any thing being stolen or damage or not.. Surprizing everything remains in the same shape.. @_@

dun tink so leh.. but then i suspect the bloody parking attendant aka fatimah must have mistaken or eye kena stamp cannot see that i bought season parking.. but then again parking at white line should be only within $10 only wad.. dun understand why it goes to $25..

See the summon location is where lor. If you got season parking and still summon you at your carpark then go and F them upside down.

ya la~ can't believe that there are such brainless fella loitering around our bike every nite.. but i believe they wun be that good either coz these parking attendant will receive lots of cursing and swearing every day every hour every minutes and every second.. that actually explains why my fren's white vespa excel was being push down at carpark.. i tink people might had mistaken my fren as the car park attendant's bike.. LOL!!

But i tot now they using RFID scanning method liao. I guess the attendant too lazy to scan, can't see means summon but again the season should be entered into their handheld machine that disallow them to issue the ticket.

 

Appeal is the only way out.

 

PS: Some parking attendants are Feng Fei Fei and not Fati***. Don't discriminate.

It must be some effort required to shift a Ninja with the handle locked. This people also jia ba liao.

maybe someone has the duplicate key. took your ride for a joyride. visit relatives. park somewhere else and got summoned. Usually u can check axis where the offence occured. Gives u a better idea what happened.

i had a duplicate key which belongs to my bro. he's the subrider for the bike. but i asked him he said he was not using the bike for the day.. anyway how to check? through the machine station or webby?

Just received letter from HDB. The letter state my bike was parked infront of the "No Parking" sign.. Basket lo.. Bike was being shifted by some bloody idiot and kena this kind of offence.. Try appealing.. Dunno what the outcome.. Hopefully they can waive this off..

??? where is the no parking sign Hmmmmm. but its really a very grey area. I think you have to do some security on your bike itself and if like that also really no choice have to pay the fine i think its difficult to waive. But well bro i really wish you luck and wish the officer in charge is in good mood.

hopefully lo... i even state that i am a resident of the block and was fully aware that there's this NO PARKING sign displayed clearly.. it was not my intention to station my vehicle over at such location but my vehicle was being shifted by some bloody idiot and therefore causes such offence.. alamak dunno why these day i so unlucky 1 lor.. everytime kena parking summon..

any construction taking place near by?? cause @ my car park they just shifted bikes from one corner to nearly 5 to 10 meters away...

 

all bikes still had the handle bar locked.

they left out the big bikes alone...

 

i send a email to hdb to complain...

Yes my house here there's this Lift Upgrading Project going on. But dunno leh.. coz the date of offence is the 2nd day of CNY so it should be a PH and the site workers should have themself off right?
