Reloan Issue, HELP!!!

Hello all,

 

I recently did a reloan at a bike shop. The amount of loan is $3500 and after deductions of misc. fees, the cheque to be issued to the seller is supposed to be $2000+++. However, they now claim that they issued a wrong cheque of $3500 to the seller.

 

The seller has since left Singapore as he was an expat.. Now the bike shop wants me to pay up the difference or the will claim ownership over the bike.

 

I'm perplexed. Any advice?

they issue wrgly... not ur fault why u must pay. can bring to court.

yeah.. tell us the bike shop name. so we can avoid.
