i oso love BADMINTON.... wanted to join as a CCA in my sch.. bt no frenz wan to join wif me... it's a nice game... keke.. juz tat next day whole arm ache nia.. keke :cheer:

But to be a good rider, you have to change with your environment,and adjust yourself to its rhythm.

 

Cultivate the confidence to face the different situations. Don't let yourself to be subdued by the environment :thumb:

actually i been waiting to meet u leh. Cos intially i tot u r a female rider...but ppl told me you are actually a guy. opps! I went for ice-cream outing once but u not ard.

I wanna join badminton - can I, can I?. I need to start exercising - couldn't run for 2 years after a bike accident which affected my left ankle:weep: . Now must slowly strengthen it.

 

Any place is alright with me - the further it is, the further I can ride:) . I will of course chip in with cost of shuttlecocks and courts.

 

Call me pleaseee...:bounce:

先斩后奏 lor.... last time my dad also dun like pets at home one. i also heck care got a puppy home. the puppy was so cute and then he end up also accepted it. now 4 yrs liao... he everyday also play with my doggy lor...
