My LV 4road silencer was stolen yesterday night, bloody hell... Hope the idiot who stole it will meet in an accident n crush by mixer truck... Ok, enuf with the cursing.... Btw any bro who have a use one sitting in the store room willing to sell me? Coz nw riding around without any silencer n it's dam loud.... N the worse thing is the screw is broken n juz left the treaded part in the screw hole... Nw cannot take out.. Any bro can advise me???

Hi guys, I've been riding my Gilera ST200 for almost 2 years now and done a lot of repairs and changes to it. I've been to so many different workshop and all are asking me change this and that. And the worse thing is I dont even know whether if the thing they are changing are run out or not. So I really like to know more about this bike internally. Look through google for the manual of the bike parts but really cant find any. Anyone have ever come across any website with such manual or does anyone here have a copy that I could have? Or if anyone knows the parts in there probably can help me out? Thanks in advance and really hoping for your reply.

what happens on your gilly?

if not just do a fully maintenance is more enough. normally is charging 160 ~ 200, depend on original part, or after market part.

Just did mine. Took close to 4days.

yup it depends. It's all about what you're looking to change. A simple overhaul can vary from a couple of hundreds but a full one to racing parts could well reach to a couple of thousand with aftermarket parts. Do keep in mind the workmanship charges for downing your engine and oem stuff like changing of timing chain and oil seals for example when doing an overhaul.
