servicing wise u can approach the following shops who are specialised in scooters.

 

Wonderful motors - located macpherson road

Kallang cycle,sunrise euro and future scootering - located at kallang industrial

taihin - located kaki bukit

daredreamers - changi road. (this shop bring in mod kits too.)

I saw a Majesty YP250 at daredreamer today. Selling at 6.8k. Registered in 2006 (as infd by the staff).

Is it ard this price or is it ex may I check? Didn't ask or get to start the engine. Outlook wise 6.5/10.

 

There's another Forza (COE just renewed). The staff say it's MF05 (Tout only got MF06 and MF08??) Selling 3.9k with new spray. 3.4k without new spray.

Same thing, didn't get to start engine. Outlook wise 4.5/10.

 

Would like to hear from u guys, which is a better deal.

I like the outlook of Forza, but I think the cosmetic/accessories for Forza MF06 and before are quite limited......

 

Need some expert advice....

Tthe majesty u saw is a limited edition one which is why it's priced at 6.8k while the forza is a renew COE one..... both i see it./.... anyway there is also another majesty which is also COE renewed selling similar price to the forza....

 

seriously it depends on yourself. in my own case, i would choose the majesty becos of the mod kits available. but in terms of power, the forza fare better. henceforth it's up to u.

well normally it takes abt 2 min before it's warm up but during rainy season like nov-jan, it tends to take longer as nite is colder hence engine cold.... quite normal.if u want, u can tune your idling slightly higher to prevent it from dieing easily./.....

hahahha bro what to do... idleing lower, easier to engine die during old weather... idling higher consume slightly more petrol... so it's a give and take issue anyway think it's almost the same with all bikes and cars

Its been awhile since I come in to SBF. Recently just reinstated my Majesty 400. Read thru the service manual to make sure I done a thorough servicing and notice that I have to change the transmission oil every 10k km. Wonder if any comrades here use the 10w 30 that was recommended by the OEM. Seems like such thin viscosity oil is hard to find in Sg. Only manage to saw the 75w 90, is it too thick?

I bought a 10 yr old Majesty 250 from a friend of mine... so far so good!

So far no regrets... just not enough money to do mods like bro firestorm.

 

Anyway to bro firestorm, thanks for your help in getting some stuffs for my bike. Thumbs up!

I just change my rear shocks at JB. Very cheap. Only cost me RM$250 a pair with brackets.

nonetheless, i got my phobia of Msia bike shops ( bad experience )

 

managed to get myself YSS shocks, with brackets, done at 220 SGD.... i know is probably the exchange rate of SGD to RM, but due to trust and convenience, i have a pair of good shocks now

 

btw, the orignal cost about 500 a pair................

i can change mine 2 times

just want to share this kok incident

 

one day, went to fren's house, as per normal park mainstand, so that can warm up bike easier

 

 

suddenly, see alot of smoke coming out

i was like -- WTF

 

fast off engine, cos smell burning plastic/rubber

 

check the bike, nothing seems to be catching fire, then start the bike again... nothing happen

but when i twist the throttle, the smoke came out again....

 

i was like --- WTF

 

then 1 uncle cooly walk over and say--- ur tyre touching ground, u trying to burn out here iszit?

 

 

then i realised that , the ground was uneven, and the tyre left a mark on the floor....................

 

 

damn paisei..................
