I live in Bukit batok too.:)

 

Just noticed my bike at carpark on sidestand instead of main stand with the handlebars slanted. go workshop they say the handle bracket senget. dunno who the hell drop my bike...!@#$

GOOD NEWS TO ALL YOSHIMURA EXHAUST ENTHUSIASTS!!!

 

I juz received a message from UM saying Motoworld had allowed installation of X1-R Yoshimura exhaust at owner's risk. Exhaust Certificate wll only be ready by 5 Jan 2010.

 

WOOHOOO!!!

 

since they said 5 Jan, I think if go install on 5 Jan itself, might have delay in getting the cert from Motoworld.

 

i am intending to go on 10 Jan.. my off day..

u can try yishun ind park 1 bike shop name tune in. they do very good. my fren go there use his block for almost 8 months nth happen =) and his using 61mm somemore =D

Outing!!!

Hello Guy and Ladies,

 

First time organize outing for x1-r... Below are some of the detail:-

 

Purpose: Dinner, Listen to pipes (Yoshi, LV, GPR and stock), Making frens, Understand our own bike etc...

Place: East Coast Carl junior.

Start Time: 7.30pm - 8pm. End time: 10 - 11pm.

Date: 30 Dec 2009 (Wednesday)

Things to bring: Urself, bike, knowledge, gf, wife, kids etc....

 

Organizer: Garfield

Contact no.: 9639-1897

 

Format to put in list: "Name / HP /Pipe/ coming with who"

Start the rolling:-

1. Garfieldrox / 9639-1897 / tentatively Leo Vince / with my bike

2. xue ling/GPR/edalpha

3. edalpha/Not Applicable(Honda gang)/xue ling

4. Hello.Kitty/ Leo Vince/ Skinny Vegetable(CHAI) :lol:

im kinda sad.

 

i juz bought TDR racing CDI from UM..

 

from gear 3-4 can drag all the way to 100. freaking happi.

bt still when gear 4 still cant pass by the 120 limiter.. wtf!!

 

i spent $140 on this and cant pass by 120km/h limiter.

 

any idea wad i should do nw.. shld have bought rextor sia.

 

anyone using TDR racing cdi form UM have any other feedback.?

 

will UM allow to change to any other cdi or take back my money?

 

i juz install in the evening less than 12 hours wif receipt.

can try call and ask them, but i highly doubt that they will refund you..

maybe you can try selling it off, then buying a rextor..

- hopefully will be coming down for a fast game. from jalan bahar to wdlands to east coast den back to wdlands den to jalan bahar. ahahaha tentaively reaching at 2100hrs.

went to 135.. can feel that the bike can go further but i nv try...

cause imho, this bike is too light, and i don't wanna damage my engine etc.
