Once there is this very very very Unique ultra special bike shop i went there too with my friend. The guys there very unfriendly leh imo, stare stare all. Then i ask one of the guys if i do tyres and brake hose got discount not he say, "You come and do already then i tell you!"

 

My friend told me that he also once said, "Malaysia 做的 motor 我不做!" (Meaning- Bikes that are modded in Malaysia he dont want to do as in mod in other factors) Now, that's what i call poor customer service.

guys sorry abt this but i tried searching and i got was the old post, what is the OTR price for a x1-r? or machine price? how bout insurance, i m paying abt $500+ 3rd party only for my wr400 22yr old wif 3+ yr exp, considering x1-r is still a new bike any chance of me finding a 2nd hand one? getting a transport bike as i'm enlisting soon. thanks

2nd hand got last yr my fren ask ard 3.4-3.8 cant remember le..dat was a shop in ubi..other places dunno insurance depends on hw u wana cover also depends on shop but i tell u nowadays insurace skyrocketing due to claims made last year so they revise the premiums.

 

anw,my fork,front rims,tyres,side fairing side mirror all koyak..die..haha you guys roughly knows the price for fork? those stock ones.i wana make sure my mech and his boss don't kapo me..haha but so far they havent kapo but just wana be sure.

juz now went to do my kantong at tamp then on the way back i super hungry so wanna chiong home to eat. then i chiong 110km/h dunno for how long then i notice TP is beside mi. -.-" i noe its gonna be holy liao coz my visor is totally dark de and i actually look at him face to face wif my visor down! l0l. stop by road side then got fine for visor lor. sian.. 50 bucks fly liddat.. heart pain sia! my visor is onli 6% clear, got so little meh? i dun even notice. actually he chase mi i think is onli to warn mi dun ride so fast beri dangerous coz i cut here n there, the car go 1st lane at 80km/h sia! but suay lar, wear this stupid helmet kena.

Hey!! Me too!! Dropped it on Monday.. But on the left side though.. My mirror smashed and my clutch got bent like a Banana!

LOL.. I was rushing to get out of the house but i forgot to take my phone. I placed my bike on side stand on a down slope and ran back.. Than next thing i know... It was on its side..

can I ask what's your rear tyre size? You using BT039?

If you look from the rear the tyre are more to the left of the mud flap?

hey guys... i'm a p plate new x1r rider,onli 2 months,never regret buying,fbd plate at 4k onli .. the other day an rxk experience malay guy told me that x1r gantong must jaga.. i just smiled and move off,at traffic light ma .. wats gantong guys? my front got 'eeeeeeeekkk,eeeeeeeekkk' sound when brake,i donoe whether fork or brake pad or wat lah,i ever ask mechenic,he say nothing lah onli rubber,but now two months liao still got sound .. haiz .... the other day my frend had a round at carpark with my bike,he said my chain loose,he ask me whether i got tompang fat chicks or not,i said no,maybe i put too much chain lube,guys,how often should i spray that chain lube? during what kind of weather? or isit kena rain onli then put chain lube?? u guys help me pls ........... anyway i LOVE the LOOK of u guys x1r man .. COOL!!!!

Welcome aboard!

I had that squeaking sound whenever front brake is engage. Some members suggest it might due to brake dust or wear on brake pad.

Chain loose? Need to untight the nut on the rotating shaft of the rear wheel and pull back till the chain "straighten", might need to adjust the the nut of the swingarm too depends.

Best get a mech they will settle it for you. Hassle free.

I lube the chain once every week... mech suggest once every 3 days if its rainy season. If possible clean the chain before applying lube, if not sludge would form.
