Check your coolant level. The light lights up if engine overheat or having coolant problems.

Erm... i am new to this bike .. how do i check ?

wonder if anyone had issues with tire punctures. Mine is the stock spoke rims and like every 2 - 3 months will puncture once. Sometimes it front, sometimes its back tire. Lucky so far the 4 times is about 200m away from my office or home so not so bad.

 

I heard changing to sports rims will be better? Anyone can confirm and know the price>?

Do the racing cdi helps your bike run faster? sorry I am new to bikes not sure whether it will increase fuel consumption or spoilt my engine more easier.. my 2nd hand bike just bought is fully stock maximum can go 115km/h cuz i heard x1r can go up to 160km/hr..

Any idea what model is the stock Mikuni carburetor for X1-R?

I have a fast throttle only with one cable, then realised the carb requires 2, one for the round valve, another at the side. what is the one at the side used for?

No guru reply? What happened to all the gurus?

 

I am no guru but just a rider only. Its a VM22. Usually before changing to a fast throttle a carb change is done hence no need for 2 cables. The side thing is the accelerator pump. Lose it or use it is up to user.

Hi guys. Just bought a 2nd x1r from shop. Was told that bike was overhaul with changing of Conrad. But i when I collected my bike. The engine there got a tuck tuck sound coming out while stationing. Clutch housing was repaired. What's the possible cause for this case. I asked the mechanic n he say is due to clutch housing. It was quite noisy while on stationary. Just wanted to ask for possible answer so that I go back to them can ask them. Thanks
