Try checking the rectifier, then the coil. Best is to visit several bikeshops and see what their mechs say. Then you can have a rough idea whats wrong?

Cover the bike with canvas. If that is too difficult then polish with this.

1 Hel hose only cost $65 with installation. Dont have to use iridium for our bikes. Normal plugs will do. EO wise, well diff ppl will have diff opinions. Hard to argue which is the best. Just make sure you change every 1500-2500 clicks. For the voltmeter, might as well wait for the stocks for Koso speedometer to arrive, which has been taking months!

 

 

Looking to improve my braking power by changing hel brake line,racing boy large disc brake, ebc brake pad and brembo 16mm, any other suggestion ?

 

Hel hose, oversized disc & EBC brake pads are already sufficient to me.

The brembo pump will only attract unneccessary attention from carpark thieves.

Riding at high speed most of the time will make your magnetic coil fry faster.

Get a bike canvas & cover up your ride when you park rather than leaving it under the hot sun as it will cause the color to fade.

The crucial part is the bleeding. Make sure its done properly. Even with all those high end parts but the if the bleeding is done improperly it will still be useless. Do not mind me though I am just trolling.

 

This reminds me of once I changed my rims and the mech forgot to do the bleeding done. I had to ride from central all the way to north west, without my front brake on a congested bukit timah road. Reached home safely and searched for the spark service manual on bleeding the brakes. Was surprised to see, how so little brake fluid was needed to pump the brakes. I wonder how long would 500ml of brake fluid would last. hahaha

The amount of brake fluid should not lessen unless there is a leak somewhere. Nevermind me though I am just trolling.

As for me, I found out there were air bubbles within the brake system. Hence the fading of my brakes that I feel. Learn something new everyday...

Guys I have encounter problems with mine koso meter.. Usually when u turn ur key, the meter will clear 1 round, but now when I press the ignition it will clear another round.. Is it normal ? Or batt not charging ? Mine toggle switch for the meter is not working as well.. Able to replace it or service it ?

haha for super 4 i know if needle swap 2 time means batt going to die but for spark koso i not sure BUT no need worry u can always look for my shi fu in the forum call Lim Ah Wan haha~ he will settle your koso for u untill u smile big big

Yes majority of us are not law abiding when it comes to mods. BUT for exhaust mods, its only a very small MINORITY among the majority as not everyone is willing to pay the fine which is $500 just for an illegal pipe.
