Hmm, how do you know whether the "Excel Taksago Asia" rims are original. Any stamping? Very curious about this.

Bro, if the carb got water... U can try to take out your carb, den remove the 4 bottom screw at the reservoir. That should help, but could it be ur tank inside got water also?? Try to take out your carb first...

Tank very unlikely got water unless he rides a bike with an exposed tank like those sportbikes. I am guessing the water is from the airbox if he has any. Clean that up too.

Found it. http://www.singaporebikes.com/forums/showthread.php?t=283199

If only our carb was accessable like an rx-z, it'll be heaven. Hate that we gotta remove alot of stuff before we could remove the damn carb. :faint:

Well, stock is always reliable, as in the hubs. As for the rims, there are a few choices. Stock, Mito X, D.I.D, Excel, Excel Asia and Racing Boy. Of course the best would be Excel and D.I.D made in Japan ones. Am going JB this weekend, will ask for you the pricing. By the way I ever saw an rx-z using Excel rims, japan ones, front rear 2.5 x 17", sexxxay~
