Hi fisherprice.. the DIY date for the heat wrap will be on the 24th July Sun Morning.. however, if I have 5 names for the ezzyoiler (so far inc urself is 3), we can also do it on the 24th July.

Mr Koh will be around to guide us but please note he is not suppose to get his hands dirty. The kit is supplied with the single tip. Im not sure about the upgrade. What sort of upgrade are you referring to? Can you pm me your number so that I can keep you in the loop with regards to these upgrades.

Please help me to spread the words ard. I just need 2 more names to confirmed the Ezzyoiler purchase.

I might drop by to KPOH...

Single tip: Lubricant drips at center of chain.

Twin tips: Lubricant drips to sides of rear sprocket and uses CG to push the lubricant to the chain. More effective in terms of getting into the links of the chain.

Mr Koh, pls correct me if I made any wrong statement.

correct..except..the single tip..

the latest design also oils the sprocket..but on one side only..

so great to see so many ppl flocking into the X-1 forum.. it was dead for a moment.. lets hope this is a new start..

anyway mr Koh, can we confirm on the 24th July Sun at 9am DIY for the exhaust heat wrap? As for the ezzyoiler, we will just have to wait for 2 more person to fill up the quota.. once quota hit, we will try to do it also on the 24th July if possible.. can?

Anyway guys, Ive already researched on the exhaust heat wrap.. it is best to spray a coat of hi-temp spray before wrapping. Also, since we are dealing with fibre glass, a silicon glove is necessary unless you want to experience the fibre splinters going into your skin. You will also need 2 hose clips to secure the heat wrap. On top of that we will need a pail of water to soak the heat wrap before wrapping around our headers. Hopefully Mr Koh can help to provide us a pail of water.. hehehe.. if not then I will sacrifice my top box as a pail :(...

U will see a down slope to underground carpark. Ignore go up slope and head further till u see a tennis court. Park at the bike lots just before/beside the tennis court. That is the place where Mr Koh usually meet the bikers for DIY etc...

those exhaust pipe..around 1" in dia...u need a ratio of 1:3..

ie 1m pipe need 3m wrap...

just wrap a krr 150 header to the pressure chamber...aka stomach.../the total length is only about 16 " long..it took up 3m for a good wrap..

you have just sign up for low cost performance enhancement diy ..

1. oiler...tip top chains...put back the horsepower which is lost as a result of a badly maintained chains..

2...exhaust wrap...this will boost your bike power...

as regards to fuel consumptions improvement.. more power = more fuel needed..

but if you are careful rider....you may see some improvement ..or no change..

an d your ride is

'smoother' as may riders have experienced
