To all my Chinese bro and sis this month is ghost festival; ride safetly and go pray if you got the time =) and oh I went to ah boy today with a intention to just look at some box to have a feel of the sizes but I saw nice blue top shad box and like it very much so I bought it hahah... It's a 29L shad box with base plate and kappa rack. Got it for 80$ in total. Exp? Or reasonable?

You can trade in your old set of fairing to Kok Seng @ JB. They will give you a 2nd hand fairing with new paintwork, a few colours to choose from, cost around RM300++. Or you can buy original yamaha fairing from Kok Seng around RM500. OR that time i ask ah boy full set fairing but choing one he quote me $130.

 

in my opinion, singapore sell accesories too exp, maybe for a x1 coz our machine value low alr, still buy so exp things bo hua. i personally think JB not bad. u wan wad can find wad... except wrapping of chair, jb very limited, mostly black only.

Hello, anyone knows of a good and reliable shop to buy X1 accessories? I need to change my fairings, centre piece of plastic on the body (where front baskets are normally mounted) and front/back light casing...

 

A lot of people on the forum have recommended Sg ah boy and B plus, but they say they usually jack up the price? Anyone has any past experience to share? What's the price range to change a set of fairings? Is it more worth it to have it done in JB?

theres no legal X1 pipe but you can always use aftermarket pipes hehe... try and look for brands such as yy pang, nob1 or endurance.. but if you are interested, you can buy mine.. its a Duhan pipe.. modified to slip into your existing x1 header.. so you can change easily.. i wanna change my pipe liao.. hehehe

thanks for the praise.. my pipe actually comes with the header.. thats why it is shiny.. but to change it to stock will take you about 30mins.. i cut the header away and use the stock header instead.. so it now becomes something like a slip on exhaust.. changing takes me abt 15mins only... you can quote me a price if you are interested la.. Ive been using it for 2 mths now.. i always ride thru "safe" areas.. so far so good..
