JUz 2 share last week my Frend Wave Fail Inspection at Changi North due 2 Front Disc Brake Wavy & nt belonging 2 Wave. Then the Guy duno do wat scan skali the Paper come out its A Spark's DB & nt Wave so Fail :confused:

WTF. I very long liao nvr go Inspection so duno the Latest Procedure. But iz it more & more jialat ???

 

no idea, mayb ur fren suay ah!

eh guyz...my front chain out...any idea how to put bck ? who have done it b4 can teach ?

 

Loosen the Screws at the End of ur SwingArm [Like wen U wan 2 Tighten Chain liddat].

Loosen the Brake Caliper's Bracket Screw that is located at the Righ Side of the Swingarm.

Open the Cover, where ur Front Sprocket is.

U shld b able 2 c put it back in place Bro.

If Chain 2 Tight 2 put back in then slightly knock the Swingarm Screw which U loosen earlier into Swingarm so as 2 loosen the Chain.

 

Problem Settle.

Juz remember 2 tightened back everyting 2 Normal [Nt 2oo tight thou] & lastly tightened the Brake Caliper's Bracket back.....

erm u said open cover is which cover ? coverset or engine casin cover ? hees coz i donno whr the front spocket locate at....as long as can move can liao so tat i can go any bike shop as them make it proper bck..

see where the chain from the rear sprocket connected to bro :)

its the left engine cover(plastic).. could be open using philip screwdriver..

coz i put bck the chain still loose until drag floor n cant c the tooth to put the spocket only c mayb the gear

 

Change new sprocket set bro..

Bro just wondering, jack's my buddy. His gearbox exterior is extremely dirty, with dirt, oil etc. His chain stay cover also alot of the ****. Just wondering, can i use degreaser apply on some clothe and wipe them clean? The plastic chain cover can be entirely removed and i plan to spray some degreaser (1 part degreaser 3 part water) to remove the dirt, is it ok?

jack neo? jack dawson? jack & jill? or mad jack? hahha k boring~ :p chain and its surrounding will always dirty. oil mah.. and for the dirt, of course u can clean them,ur bike what..haha or u mean clean the chain,. if u referring to the chain, also can, but dont clean too much or maybe just lube it again aft clean ..

guys try look for FW plate meter. its exact

i want to sell my 125z for $500

 

interested buyers may want to use for track

as u only rebuid the engine.

Smaller CC Bikes all never Accurate one la Guys. SP / NSR 150 i used b4, Clock Speed wif R1 04, Less by ard 15km/h...

In my Opinion only Electronic Meters quite Accurate...

ya, if use gps, im sure will not even clear meter for mod bike..haha
