not much point if only go renew 5 years only. you want to keep swee swee vintage style for grandchildren to see also cannot. :(

btw, i only noticed my typo error earlier, obviously i meant Dec 2002/ Jan 2003 instead of 2012/2013 lol! i changed my typing mistake already

PS: btw i am local born Singaporean, not malaysian. the things i say is just the feedback i learnt from malaysian mechanics working HERE in sg bike shops.

What u talking bro?

Maybe we should see where most 125z rider stays den decide?

To ride on the road, You need skills,Stamina, or even luck.

But to be a good rider, you have to change with your environment, and adjust yourself to its rhythm.

Cultivate the confidence to face the different situations. Don't let yourself to be subdued by the environment :thumb:

What u talking bro?

1) iirc, i was replying to someone who said he say he is considering renew his bike COE for 5 years only. in that case, the bike's COE cannot be renewed after that. ie. that is why it is pointless to do the bike up so nice like that, have to scrap eventually. Not very worth it imho.

2) i was correcting my typing mistake in my earlier post. if you missed the post, no problem, not important anyway.

3) i only wanted to prevent any misunderstanding about my earlier post for tyre pressure. if you did not read that, ok too! not important.

Regards, :)

PS: so many west side ah? i also ( jurong )

Hi guys, i just got a 125z for spare bike. I got a few questions that need help to be answered here.

Going to lorong bapok tomorrow to fix on stuffs.

I got a few parts from KR which i scrapped 1year plus ago.

Can 125z fix on KR cdi? The cdi is from Denso. If can, will there be any increase of power?

What is the size or type of bulb 125z use for headlight? Example, H4, H7. I got a H4 and thinking whther can put on 125z or not?

Is it advisable to put Hella twin snail horn on 125z? Does it drain off the batteries fast?

Is it advisable to fix on racing footrest? Will it affect the rear brake?

Thanks in advance for all u guys help!

Hahaha YA change already . thanks for the clearing my doubts.

if i dunno how to explain properly, please forgive me. clutch slip means you open throttle more, engine loud loud but bike no moving faster, even slowing down instead cause your gear disengaged from 'slipping'. maybe that is what you mean by no torque feeling?

if you just change clutch plate recently, should not have such problem. most people like to drag their 'gear' ie. stay in gear for very long, rev rpms very high before changing up. like that can get higher top end speed, ie. faster but if this habit if prolonged shortened the lifespan of the plates. racer's ones very fast finish, slower rider's ones last longer.

i am no qualified mech, so if any expert disagree can voice it out & point out if i am mistaken.

PS edIt: sorry i long long time no read my inbox, paiseh. i think it is too late for me to answer your questions now. you probably settled already. paiseh sorry, i did not log on during that period of time. regards.

anybody using rxz carb on 125z ? whats the best and worst fuel consumption ?

does it increase pickup and topspeed?

i read a few forum at a malaysia website . if u set ur bike for long distance travel(example highway setting) with the correct setting it can save a little bit of fuel. not that much . mainjet n pilot jet also must be set properly or else both top speed n pick up not gonna be good n ur fuel compsuption also gonna be jialat

1) Nope. Wiring different

2) Why you need all thesse bulbs. Use normal ones will do. By using all these wird bulbs, ur headlight will get burnt.

3) Not sure but stock is the best.

4) Stock footrest is the best bro. Ur not using ur 125z for the track . ;)
