i've met a couple of this dumb drivers... normally i will just abruptly change lane.. blare the horn.. and give a complimentary of the middle finger...

 

i'll do same as u bro...plus..if let say both hands occupied..i turn to him n shout...HOI!...sure stunned 1

 

having said tat do prepare to slow down n take defensive measures...
