I don't think a cover is good for outdoor parking. It's a magnet for cats to snuggle within. It was like this during my younger days when staying with my parents HDB flat with outdoor parking

Yup.cat will go in.

Use the cat spike from daiso

Or use pepper

The original glove compartment socket supply very small amp for hp/gps charging,I scare if you run more device, the fuse will blow.

You can do the following.

1-Drill hole to the glove box, connect to current socket.

2- rewiring using relay.

I only scared it will melt under sun. But so far only weekends it's under sun in my house car park. Other than that. I'm in office all day. Underground car park.

Hey. Thanks for making the transaction a smooth and no frills one too.

Enjoy the bike. I like the DT300! In fact I have not held a bike for so long for the past decade or so....

I may be getting the exciting 400 or the C650GT. But let me try to get a successful COE bid first. Haha

hi guys

im thinking of getting a scooter, restricted to 200cc. im a little on the tall side 184cm and ive being scoot hunting but most available for me to seat on are Syms.. i will probably be raising the seat cushion and on sym the handle bar seems a little awkward and stuff. im using this site "www.cycle-ergo.com" to estimate. kymoco handle bar seems a little friendlier with raised cushions. Have a couple of questions hope you guys can help.

Is Downtown 300i and 200i similar in body and difference is only the engine cap?

and

Is the Xciting 200i,300i and 400i all similar in body as well?

Reason im asking is these 2 models seems to have the most ideal stock handlebar angle on the ergo website but their engine spec is different.

Thanks in advance for any and all help

Welcome to the kymco forum :) I can't say much for the xciting models but for the downtown the bodies are the same on the engine cc is different. Original cc of the DT is 300. From my understanding, kymco started to down-bore the engine to 199cc to accommodate to sg's restrictions. I've been riding the DT 200i for 6 mths plus now, experience has been good. Adequate pick up speed, comfortable cruising at 90 - 100km. Large underseat storage, add a 50l topbox and u can hold loads of stuffs. :)

I'm 1.72, plus my boots around 1.75. No prob with the bike. Go down to motorsports and sit on the bike yourself, that's the best way to know if the position is ideal for u :) Hope I've helped :)
