so maybe i just got to replace the rad cap? wat did slowriderr changed?

 

i checked with him...he said was thermostat spoil and the pump...best is go mech ask them check....can be some other problem...for him is change the gasket at the header...

hi fellow bladers, got some questions to see if anyone of u encounter before.

 

recently my back coolant will dry up easily esp if temp goes high (between 1/2 to 3/4) after i top up my back coolant. same thing happens, after riding if temp is hot, it will start to flowout from the small tubes at the footrest. which will also then caused the back coolant to be near empty again. anyone knows?

 

also, if i wan to change the light bulb in my meter to led. am i right to say the bulb is t10 & t5 only? anyone know where to get these leds?

 

 

~~~tIME to change your radiator cap... If can't... then change your host and pump.

~~~happened to me too.... IF temp too high, it'll leak out from the tube located beneath the bike.

~~~Thereafter, add a good coolent.

 

If pump spolit... the circulation inside will not be very efficient. And instead of circulating to be reused... it'll flow out...

mmm.. i wanted to change my jet kits at the begining of this yr but after enquiring around.. only HKL carries dyno jet kit now.. previously motorworld also do sell but not anymore..

 

if u wanna dyno jet kit ur bike, need to oder also.. cost should be around $300 include setting. from what i noe dyno jet kits are better than factory jet kits.. reason being i also forget liao..

Just now when I tested it, so strong the wind. :cheeky:

 

When i tested with the bike running, it seems to take forever for the temp to go pass 1/2, but end up is my fan is already on and cooling the radiator at 1/2 constantly. :lol:

If lucky.. Its wiring loose...:thumb:

morning all , anyone usin engine ice for their CBR here ? does it spoil the radiator as the engine ice chemical is too strong for our older bikes ? please help . thx =)

 

I read somewhere engine Ice is not magnesium safe, if I'm not wrong our water pump has some magnesium components.
