Check jetting,A/F,diaphragms for leaks....svc carb...check fuel pump and filter.etc..if all ok check jet size and change higher..

i think we should not use full tank go how much etc. some pump petrol to the brink. while some pump close to the brink to avoid wastage of petrol when it overflows. so perhaps we should use FC to compare instead. not like you lao jiaos dont know how to calculate right..
