Help any bro here e mech say need to change e whole wiring for my bike, how much does it cost to change e whole wiring e shop quote me $500+ any bro can confirm?

Shud not be more than 500.

my bike had problems with wiring too..basically had to change alternator and rectifier and redo wiring..one question i had was, when my bike is running it kinda jerks as if there is no petrol and dies..mech said coz of wiring..how does wiring problem affect firing..? is it coz spark plug not getting current..? any techies..? just wanna figure out the logic u know.

how much does u guys full tank go? i feel like changing the rpm tt the valve open and use a sprocket tt decrease acc but increase speed. where can do the valve ah?

Hey guys I'm thinking of getting a cbr4 and planning to get it from forum, any1 mind sharing wat I should look out for in d bike? And can I ask if any1 of you the cbr comes out white smoke or black smoke? Cos I viewed one bike then rev it and saw white smoke but owner says white smoke can't see one that one is black smoke. Cos the owner also afew weeks nv ride le so I'm think could it be too long nv ride then mayb water vapour or wat in the pipe that's why gt white smoke? Hope to hear wat you guys think thanks!

This is not a 2 stroker and the cbr does not have exhaust valves that can adjust.

Yup long time no start sure got white smoke but if engine warm up oredy and still got then piston rings gone oredy..no such ting as black smoke but if u see its juz the carbon blown away by the xhaust gas..

hi guys and can i ask how you all wash your bike de? just splash all over? the seat like got hole and if water gets in wondering if its a issue new rider here haha and if wanna get new rims any1 knw how much mahx? thanks !

Mayb is the carbon starter? Just making a guess cos I'm a new cbr rider too cheers !

Your plug wet... Or spoilt already... U try drying it and press engine start, if have spark means still usable... No spark, time to change spark plug...

I have organised a short riding 17/08/2012 Starting from

 

ECP Carl's Jr. (Formally was BIG SPLASH) @10:00PM to Arab Street (Meeting the oldies bikes)

 

Arab street @ 10:45pm to Loyang Ave (sight seeing along singapore of the longest road)

 

Loyang Ave @ 11:30 to Defu lane 10 (A bike shop) For DIY as the bike shop willing impart basic skill of servicing of bike. The bike shop is operating till late night.

 

Planning to stay @ Loyang Ave for chit-chat till comfortable timing, then proceed to Bike shop another chit-chat. simple bike servicing

 

* Upon reach Arab street we have have a MECH from the bike shop with us.

meet up timing is 09:45 pm briefing at 10:15 pm and ready to move lastest 10:25pm

Normally CBR 400 plug can last more two year ... could it be the cable of the plug ??
