Hi all.. need some of your help.. on the road i saw some cbr400 headlights were very dim.. wonder anyone of you did it? how to go about it? thought of doing it coz my cbr giving me some electrical problem..trying to minimise the electrical usage as much as possible... so i need help from fellow riders please.. thanks in advance!!!

better to solve the electrical probs than to minimise its usage. electrical problems, if prolonged, can becum very costly and also cause ur bike to lose some power.

yah.. thanks guys...i solve the problem already.. changed the magnetic coil... i am trying ways to prevent it from happening... not only that.. it look nices too with the dim lights... btw does cbr400 had pole light?

Depending on your riding pattern also. If you ride a lot on the expressway, then the wax on the center of your tyres will go off first but the wax on the sides may take longer.

 

I pump 33 psi front and back, no pillion.

As far as I know, R model does not have pole lights.

 

My headlights are also dim. In the end the problem fixed itself when the lowbeam of one headlight bulb burnt. Now the lowbeam of the other bulb is bright, my idle voltage is >12V.

no worries, just wanna get the wax off ASAP..... sian now, must slow down be4 taking a turn or corner...

 

question for u: if you say shld not kup corner, then how to wear of the wax at the sides of the tire......

 

am using 090.
