wow.. so many riders alreadi... now most of d old guys here suda rilek ah i see? wad sia u all... cum out for gath la...! where is d tzm riding spirit! lets go out for d biggest tzm gathering!! yeah!! last time onli less then 10 come out... one time onli 4 came! its pathetic u guys! but it was fun la.. now we all come many2 go riding2 or chill outing! hows abt dat? dun weri la if ur bike not nice or wad... my bike i think is d ugliest la... from last time like dat.. hahahahah! contact me if u all got a gathering planned ok!!

Firstly, i want to apologised if i had offended u in any way n its not my intention.. I seriously never heard anything like clutch too close before but i never say what u said is wrong. Speaking of engine dies off during idling, usually its due to the timing not properly set(air n fuel intake). It can be adjusted by twitching the two tiny screws found at ur carburettor n also not forgetting ur 2T intake on the right side of ur bike where ur 2T cable enter ur block..

 

For the engine speed bearings if they already damn worn out or spoilt it affects the movement of the conrod due to improper alignment. This may create lots of friction between the piston head n block. End up block being scratch n piston head might chip a bit at the tip n not forgetting ur power valve will break anytime when u rev up to abt 8k will do. Therefore air pressure drop inside the block or some people say piston cyclinder resulting in no compression n poor combustion n thats explain ur bike cant idle properly or starting ur bike very difficult..

GUYS I KNOW ALL MY TERM IS NOT 100% CORRECT n not gd at explaining things too so most probably no one understand or agreed with me HA HA!!! We just need to wait for our Guru like Devilish to give us a proper explanation.

 

NEXT WEEKEND OUTING THE SENIORS NEED TO PLAN FOR US HAHA!!!

it cud b insufficient fuel, too much air, too less air, firing not enuf n 2 much 2t can affact tat also.

4 tis kind of problems above,by right u shud knw.. wen tis prob occured, ur engine shud sound pretty bad...

 

1> as wat i knw if 2t block can cuz u piston jam. so itz beter 2 take off ur by pass.. (ask me if u wanna know y)

 

2> wen ur bike didnt warm up properly can cuz ur engin 2 stall..

 

3> talkin abt "clutch to close". the reason: (u may try tis) after warm up ur bike abt 15min, n ur rpm set at 1.5. hold ur clutch n put to gear.... if ur rpm drop it means it too close...

 

4> making bike lik tzm less maintain pretty well, the secret is gd gear oil n gd 2t like penzoil marine, maxima, stuff like tat.. den u see wen u service ur bike u b surprize.

 

 

 

2 see the mechanic do ur bike wif care: they shudn't

 

1> knock or force ur power valve to take out.

 

2> clear ur carbon wif grinder.

 

3> putin al gasket wen itz still oily.

Eh hi,

 

You be surprised during the initial period of that problem occurs, no much difference from the sound. Only when prolong riding then the noises will be audible. The sound like funny like that just not sharp n smooth n by then power lost can be felt greatly n its all too late n kena OVERHAUL. I experience this myself. Just wanna share with u guys my story.

 

1> Agreed n i know y cause Devilish already give a thorough explanation abt that but i believe its not necessary for casual rider like me cause its way more convenient n its a waste for Yamaha to create it n the rider never used it. So far so good ah no problem with my 2T intake n not much smoke too. Added on my bike still can travel at 170KM/H n tat is consider fast enough for me already cause me no raccer n no jackpot..

3>Im not good at setting cause once i try it with a friend of mine n we mess things up.Therefore i prefer Ba Yi at Teck Thye there or First motor at Ubi.. Last set by Ba yi my rpm only at 1 stable already although at times it may sound like gonna die but so far never happen before. N i only need to warm up for less than 10sec, warm enough not to let the idling die off.

 

4> Of course ah who dont know bro,

Good oil will turn into good stuff ah where got secret. Joker sia U.. It will be better if u can share middle class oil with reasonably good outcome. Then u be surprised when u service ur bike come out ur birthday present..( :p Ha Ha sorry ah bro i joking ard only hope u dont mind. If u mind then i lost hope on u he he..)

 

Thanks for sharing with me to see how the mechanics do my bike wif care for my future used..

 

1> I dont mind that as long the piece never break can already. (He he but not until using hammer n chisel ah)

 

2>I add on ah -->wash it with petrol, fine sandpaper, the metal fibre brush but not toothbrush then use air pressure nozzle to clean dry it. (I super lame ah?)

 

3>Eh some mechanics practice putting the red colour high temperature silicone to further enhance it to prevent leakage n it works.. Dont believe me ask Ba yi ok

Priceless.. No ah 3.5k to 4.5k depending on the bike status.. BTW do not buy at southern motors ah if im not wrong so far i come across 4 bad experience stories there from my buddies.. Freaking expensive freaking cheater.. Best u buy it with TZM owner themselves who wanna sell their beloved bike.. Warning TZM can easily cause u some troubleshooting as compared to SP n KRR.. But TZM tank n riding posture nice especially during cornering u will definitely look gd man..

 

Good Luck in pursuing for your M.. Anything let us know n discuss with us here before purchasing it.. I hate knowing ppl got con when buying their bike n had enough of this kind of stories.. Ppl hard earned money seh..

i think liquid_belut also live near us..saw his bike alot of time at e carpark..=) our area gt quite a few tzm..
