bro last 2 weeks i had my experience with a taxi driver..i was riding at defu lane at night..he was from opposite direction when suddenly he made an illegal u-turn..so i had very less time to react..i couldnt even sound my horn..i quickly applied my brakes..luckily i did not bang his taxi but instead after nearly coming into a complete stop i lost control of my bike and i skidded..had three scratches on my fairing..i was so the damm pissed off coz i was in the right..and after that i damanded him to pay me 150..on the spot..which he did..i was confused whether to report or just to settle it there..at last i took the money and left..he told me he couldnt see me coming..but i still was firm and asked him to pay..to think again i was riding quite fast cos at that time i was in gear 5...my rpm was at 11..hahahhahaha... :cheeky:

 

 

 

sial lah, the taxi driver scared already dats y on the spot give $150...

u should scare him by saying u're gonna report it ... sure he kena demerit point... u can also ask from his insurance damages on ur bike..

things dat have been damaged before the accident can also be claimed..u can get more..

rough estimation u can get 5k...include repairs, new fairing and paintwork, new footrest, the days u cant go to work coz ur bike in workshop..

all wild ideas can come in.. coz he is at fault..

 

btw, do u have black n white copy dat he has given $150?

othewise u can still charge him...
