ice .. his bike ok already.. anyway its bcoz of the dirt in the tank tat goes into the carb..the floating pin cant close coz dirt accumilate there.. now he put the fuel filter already stopping the dirt from going in.. but tat night was a god damn funny night where 6 mechanics with no cert trying to rectify the prob.. hahaha..

 

o0h0k.. haha co0l mah.. dunn0e h0w t0 repair bike then end up playing pranks 0n each 0ther... hide key la, paper stuck in my blade xhaust la haha

bros, where to find local made main valve? go jb also cannot find.. original valve S$250.. Ex siak.. bike lik half dead liao. bunyi je kuat, tapi lembab nk mampos.

dun mind but im the guy who ask bout the valve thing. i bike just came of from workshop todae sia after piston sieze. im always confused bout the valve thing. there are 3 parts of valve. 1 of it is in the block. the rod thing. 1 is the side valve where there is the YPVS logo. the other 1 is the small little black box. which im not wrong, is the main valve. when i turn on my bike, the main valve doesnt move. i think that thing can trow inside dustbin. mech says need to change coz there is no pick up or power in my bike. this is the 3rd tyme my main valve spoil. to musch whacking is thing.

is all the customised tail or tail light or both pass during inspection.......cos mine is one of it too.... with led tail light.......... and my bike berfday is coming.... u noe wat i mean....... let me noe thanks........

hmm i seems to be having a problem wif my bike.. just now when i ride to schl suddenly my pipe became very very loud out of a sudden when i kick down my gear to suit my speed.. thereafter, when moving off frm junctions, the pipe will have a damn loud sound and after moving off for 3-4 secs the sound will go back to normal.. wats the problem i am facing now any ideas?

 

maybe its ur valve. d pipe sound at low rpm loud isit? if ur bike ok alreadi den dun bother abt it la. hahah! if its still d same mebbe u shld check d wiring first? sumtimes d wire loose cut off d power to d valve. or maybe u can service ur valve first. if problem persists.. den u must go to hong leong at paya lebar to check. hahahahah!

u sure or nt 600+? i bought my servo $250 - $280 onli.. ori sumore.. bought it at leong seng @ bukit merah n Heng motors @ toh guan.... but its just the servo onli arh..

hmm bike still not ok la.. sian.. ya sound at low rpm especially at gear 1 and 2// overhauled not long ago lor at JB kok seng.. haiz really dunno wad to do la.. pipe is really dam lous like firecrackers
