First hand or second hand? Cos the last time I checked, first hand piston and block costs sgd$800. Price given by chong aik international at desker road.

nolahh..not too much money..the always the header part become rusty after a month or so..then have to spray hi-temp black colur spray...heheh

O.o lol... Spray no use one la... U want last longer den u need to sand away the rust first... Den u spray... Last longer... -.- or easiest, buy new stomach no rust no need spray... Sure last at least 1 year before rust appears... >_

I did that before spraying..sand all the rust away then spray new layer of hi-temp black spray..but in a few weeks, the header part of the pipe would start to lose the paint...soo..I thought if send the pipe for chroming, it would last longer and no rust would be present...hmm...

Chrome won't rust... But chrome makes the metal weaker than normal and may crack, dent easily... And when it cracks, the chrome starts to chip off and the rust comes back... I rather u spend the money buy new stomach sua... Or just leave it as it is... Anyway, nobody will stare at the radiator area just to see your header wad... -.-

I dunno wad company, I never hear before... My bike shop the boss also say first hand piston, block and ring including instalation will be at least $800 plus... And when I ask him $620 for all those parts, is it worth? He said to me," den ask the person to take la. $620 cheap wad. But for me, I only know the price for all those things including installation is $800 plus. He buy $620, dunno original or not. Maybe original la, but secondhand lo."

 

Lol... Or u try go take photo of the piston and block la... Den I tell u original or local one... Now I very pro at seeing tzm piston and block ori or local... >_

Oh ya... Got check your header screw on tightly anot? Might be leaking hot air direct to the paint that's why... Or u always whack your bike till very hot den paint drop fast???

If really don't want to rust, anodize the whole thing with aluminium la...or have someone mould it out of titanium, consperm won't rust but with the cost of that, you can buy several new pipes or downpayment for a new bike.
