last time ori is 1 piece only.. from japan when tzm just come out..

but got alot of problem they design into 2 piece.. but still nv help..

so his not wrong.. 1 piece got better effect.. the valve can open fully while 2 piece cant..

the local and not local is just thailand or japan made..

thailand = chiong. japan = original

thailand = cheap. japan = expensive

thailand = wouldnt last. japan = durable

 

Dunno abt Japan, TZMs have always been a Thai made product so I dunno how come got ori made in Japan stuff for TZMs, if you're talking TZRs, WRs then different.

Got made in Japan valve but every other stuff is Thai made?

attention MR BEASONG91...i dunno how long have u been riding tzm..but i'm owning tzm since year 1994..so i would like to advise u plz dun anyhow shoot out statement when u dunno bout anything..hehe..the statement u given totally wrong and opposite wat have u say.. tzm first model come with 2 piece valve..tat valve which able open fully..1 piece valve introduced on year 2000 when tzm milenium edition out.nowdayz u cant find tat 2 pcs anymore unless still left old stock at msia..

yamaha tzm made in japan bro..original tzm parts also from japan..yamaha thai later on oni out thai made part for tzm which the material quality not good as japan...

I dunno leh... I buy from chong aik... Tell them original stock... About $120 I think... Last year buy the valve can't remember price...

B PLUS MOTOR not selling any original parts..all same as lim ah boy...thai made..taiwan made and china made..dun get fool by yamaha logo sticker on the parts..beware..

hei bro..now days 2 pcs hardly to get anymore edi...1 pcs valve got japan made..thai made.and taiwan made..all look same..ori japan got printed valve serial num on it..

Most probably your valve was local... Not original... I encountered it before myself so I know... Now my valve has no problem stock original and used it for one year... Condition 9.5/10 due to alot of carbon surrounding the valve... For sale at $50(neg)...

2 piece pv wher got a lot of problem.

im using mine from dae 1..never encountered a broken pv
