Try with the close sided wrench, if the bolt still can fit inside.

if still cannot.. ask ur mech to weld another nut onto d rounded bolt den use a ring spanner.

or try a wrench / changeable bit the next size down, place it over the rough shape of the bolt and use a hammer whack the bit / closed wrench onto the rounded bolt, it should sort of fit, then just loosen as per normal. don't do it to anything that doesn't take hammering too well though, or sensitive equipment. size 8, might wanna be careful with this method. it's cheap though, almost free. then buy a replacement bolt n use anti-sieze when installing. :)

you can try spraying some wd40 on the bolt/nult, the next time you think a bolt/nut is hard to take out.

If the bolt is made of soft material, hammer a (+) screwdriver into the bolt head and twist it out.

If it's hard material and a ring (closed-end) spanner doesn't work, file the sides of the bolt to turn it into a makeshift nut, then twist it out with a spanner.

Can also consider drilling out the bolt head and removing the remnants with pliers ...

solid stuff.

speaking of drilling, if you have any friends with the reverse threaded screws for removing bolts/screws, get it from them. you drill a pilot hole into the bolt, then drill the reverse threaded screw in, which will then unscrew the bolt, very nifty to have.

or, if you have alota strength, a good pair of pliers to grip the bolt head to turn. or vice grips for that matter.

many methods to yank that offending thing out w/o spending any $$.

monkey plier will do the job easily.

what about screws that cannot come out? i tried putting EO overnight also cant be loosen. even using the special "knock and turn" screwdriver also wont turn...

sometimes when you cannot loosen it, try tighten it abit to see if it can move.

after that den try loosening it again.

if all fail, use a small drill bit to drill through the screw.

i think the TS refers to the tip of the screw where the allen key supposed to be for it to loosen and tighten.
